Store Policies



Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. If it is not, or if it is incomplete and your package is returned to me, additional shipping costs will apply to have it re-sent to you.

All items will be packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the payment date, unless stated differently in a product description. It is possible for orders to be processed sooner, but please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

All local orders are shipped using Fastway courier service. They promise same day delivery for destination in Pretoria and between 2 to 5 days delivery for other destinations (please see their website for more information). All international orders are shipped using Aramex and the delivery times will differ depending on where you are located (please see their website for more information).

Please note that I am not responsible for any delayed shipments since I have no control over what happens to the packages once they leave my shop. If you have any questions with regards to the location of your package, please make use of their shipment tracker or contact the courier directly. The deliver costs differ based on destination, please ensure you select the correct destination at checkout. Selectin the wrong area will result in your order being cancelled.

If you urgently need your order for an event or for any other reason, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.


Returns & Exchanges


I do not offer returns or exchanges on jewelry, unfortunately. This policy is in place for hygiene reasons - to ensure that all of my customers receive new and unworn jewellery. 

Please note that the single items of jewellery worn in promotional videos on Instagram and Facebook are pieces that I have either decided to keep for myself, given to the friend that modelled them for me, or have been stored in a box to be used in future pictures and videos. Please feel reassured that you will never receive worn jewellery from Shine Design Studio.

However, if your item/s arrive damaged, please send me an email within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your order number as well as a photo. The damages will be reviewed before a replacement will be sent. I always package my orders with the utmost care to ensure that the items arrive to your doorstep in their original conditions. However, I do understand that some things are out of our control and I am always happy to help resolve any issues that may occur.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible with picture evidence of the mistake and I will ship the correct item to you. If your desired item is out of stock, you can either choose to receive either a full refund or store credit plus a 10% discount for your next order.
